‘LIARS, CHEATS AND CREEPS’ AUTHOR AT SOUTHWEST APRIL 6TH
Author Dr. Patricia Peters Martin, Ph. D, will host a discussion of her new book ‘Liars, Cheats and Creeps: Empowering Women to End Violence in our Communities’ Thursday, April 6th at the Southwest Branch Library, 12248 Gulf Beach Hwy, Pensacola at 6:00 pm. She will sign and sell copies of her book. Co-author Renee Forte will not be present. A representative of Favor House will be there to add to the discussion.
Liars, Cheats, and Creeps: Leaving the Sociopath Behind was written as a lifeline for women who are involved with men who lie, cheat, and mistreat their wives or girlfriends. Readers join a support group of four smart, educated women with careers and families, who were lied to and devastated by the people who promised to love, honor and protect them–their husbands.
Patricia Peters Martin, Ph.D., is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Georgetown University and holds a doctorate in clinical psychology from Purdue University. Dr. Martin has done research work at National Institute of Mental Health studying bi-polar disorder and at the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development.
