Friends,There will be a special Friends of the Southwest Branch Library Member meeting on Monday, November 9th at 6:00 PM in the library meeting room.
The purpose is for the membership to vote for the 2016 proposed budget and the nominees for President, Treasurer, and Director of Volunteers.
After the voting, the member meeting will adjourn and Board members will remain for the first monthly board meeting of the new fiscal year.
Members are welcome to stay but don’t have to.
Since there was not a quorum of Board members present at the October 12th member meeting, voting could not be held, per the bylaws .
We encourage you to come to this meeting to vote and meet your ‘new’ board members!

October 19 through October 24 is NATIONAL FRIENDS OF LIBRARIES Week!
New members will receive a free gift with their paid membership!
