Things you could have learned about at the 9/12/2012 HFPOA Board Meeting.

Several of our fellow property owners have not yet paid their dues.

Paul Tobin, President, thanked those who assisted in prepping common areas for Isaac; also noted that boats in pool parking lot was a one-time time sensitive decision and that in the future, boat owners need to make other arrangements.

Treasurer, Cheryl Pyle, reported that the association finances are healthy and our spending is below our budget to date.

Gate status: Parts due in today; should be operational soon.

Community Ice Cream Social – will follow volunteers’neighborhood cleanup on October 20, 2012 at 2:00 p.m.

Discussion about speeding in the neighborhood. Looks like there will be a membership vote at the annual meeting regarding what to do: 1) nothing, 2) speed bumps, 3) more speed limit signs, 4) neighborhood radar and camera, 5) other possiblilities as suggested by owners/residents.

THE BOARD IS LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEERS. Step up to the plate and see what makes The Forest tick. Interested? Notify a board member.

Tentatively, next board meeting is November 13, 2012 and annual membership meeting December 11, 2012.
