TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN–OR SHOULD
These deposits, numbers three and four, have earned you (whoever you are) a great deal of interest.
Article IV, Section 10 of the Heron’s Forest CC&R states in part “…pets are not permitted to be present beyond the boundaries of an Owner’s lot without being leashed or caged. When any such authorized pets are beyond the boundaries of the Owner’s Lot, the Owner shall be responsible for prompt clean up and sanitary disposal of any solid pet excrement”.
In addition Escambia county code, Part I, Chapter 10, Article I, Sec. 10-11,
(e) Animal nuisances prohibited provides that “Any animal or animals which shall do any of the following are declared to be an animal nuisance: …(6) Defecates or urinates upon the property of others.”
Further, “Any person who keeps, harbors, or maintains an animal nuisance, as defined above, shall be guilty of a civil infraction and punishable as provided in section 10-23.”
BESIDES WHICH, IT JUST AIN’T A NEIGHBORLY THING TO DO!
