Updates from HOA President

•     Florida Power and Light Customer Advisor, has informed me today the replacement of the light posts and LED lamps “should start within the next two weeks”.   It should have occurred in the Oct/Nov timeframe; however, Hurricane Ian made landfall in Florida and delayed the installation. 
• Other work occurring, GPI is scheduled this week to till up the hard packed soil and lay sod in designated areas along Foggy Bottom Road.  
• Also, do not forget our community pot luck on 6 May 2023.
