Property Manager is your first line of defense

Complaints should be reported to the property manager first who will research and inform the Board of Directors if not resolved. The Board makes policy; approves budgets; contracts for maintenance of the common areas; gives final approval for violation notifications; and employs a manager.  We have contracted with Perdido Sands Realty to perform day-to-day management. The following is an excerpt from the contract with Perdido Sands Realty:

Manager will respond to calls concerning violation of rules and handle the situation in accordance with Florida Statues and/or good headwork.

Please work directly with the property managers to lodge a complaint. The property manager is a trained Certified Association Manager who knows the Florida Statutes and maintains the official records. However, you may wish to copy Board members on correspondence with the property manager.”
