New Courts Open! July 4

“New Sports Court Open July 4th! The new “Extreme” sports court will be ready for play on Independence Day. Check it out–walk on it and you’ll be amazed.
This court should minimize injuries and give us at least 25 years (guarantied) of crack free use.
New policy on court use will be discussed at the July 16 HFPOA Board meeting. In the interim, existing rules must be followed to keep our new court in great condition. Even one skateboard or bicycle will damage the cushioned surface.
Non-marring athletic shoes can prevent marring the court. Residents and
accompanied guests only. One adult should wear the blue pool bracelet,
otherwise, your game may be interrupted to show proof you are an authorized resident or guest. The basketball court may entice unauthorized users.

The Association has invested a lot of YOUR money in this project. Enforcement of the rules involves all Association members.. If you do not wish to confront someone without the bracelet, notify the property manager. If you observe vandalism or other illegal activity notify the Escambia County Sheriff first and then the property manager.”
