Your Board is very much aware of the ongoing problems with the gates. Our current maintainer does not seem to be able find a solution that does not cost an excessive amount of money. We have formed a committee to address the problem and are looking at alternative approaches. I assure that our difficulties do not result from lack of attention or concern. We want to spend your maintenance funds wisely and still provide reliable service. We sincerely appreciate those that have volunteered to help and hope for a speedy solution. In the meanwhile we ask for your understanding and patience.
