“Twice a Princess” discussed at SW Library

Local author and amateur historian George Willis Tate discussed his latest book, ‘Twice A Princess’ at Southwest Branch Library yesterday. Visitors were captivated by the story of Catherine Willis Murat, niece of George Washington and Napoleon Bonaparte who lived in Pensacola, Tallahassee and France in the mid 1880’s. Mr. Tate had copies of his books for sale and signing and answered questions at the end of the discussion.

Copies of the book were donated to Southwest Branch Library by The Friends of the Southwest Branch Library and the author. For more information about the book, visit twiceaprincess.com. For information about the library visit www.cityofpensacola.com/library or call 850-453-7780.
